Melrose Pizza, a vibrant and well-established pizza restaurant in Tullamarine, VIC, is seeking experienced pizza makers AND front of house staff to join our dynamic team. This is a casual role with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing - Pizza Makers

  • Prepare high-quality pizza ingredients such as: dough, sauces, and toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes
  • Cook pizzas that satisfy our customers' expectations
  • Monitor inventory and communicate with a supervisor when stock and supplies are running low
  • Package pizzas neatly when they come out of the oven
  • Follow all relevant food health and safety requirements
  • Assist us in maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace

What you'll be doing - Front of House Staff

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with all guests.
  • Proficiently take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments.
  • Ensure tables are clean, organised, and properly set for service.

What we're looking for:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar pizza making or front of house role
  2. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  4. Good communication and problem-solving skills
  5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
