We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic pizza maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing pizza dough and bases, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, cooking pastas and pasta sauces, performing regular maintenance on kitchen equipment, collaborating with FOH staff to help serving, resolving customer complaints with diplomacy, and ensuring the kitchen is clean and sanitized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality pizza dough and bases
  • Source and manage necessary supplies and inventory
  • Cook a variety of pastas and pasta sauces to order
  • Perform routine maintenance on kitchen appliances and equipment
  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times

Requirements:
