What you'll do

We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex implementation and integration projects for our enterprise customers. You'll use the Docusign Project Management Methodology to initiate, plan, and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This includes proactive communication with clients, managing risks, and overseeing project governance. Your work will be critical to the success of our projects with Fortune 500 companies and other key partners.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Regional Delivery Manager - APAC. 

Responsibility 

  • Lead the successful delivery of complex, multi-stream enterprise projects using Docusign's established delivery methodology

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business outcomes and driving strong adoption, renewal, and growth within strategic customer accounts

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through to close, balancing commercial oversight, governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence to create a high-quality customer experience across every engagement

  • Serve as a strategic delivery partner to customers, developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders

  • Translate business goals into actionable delivery plans and ensure teams remain focused on outcomes that deliver genuine value

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to proactively identify additional customer needs, manage change effectively, and support the delivery of scalable, impactful solutions

  • Achieve all Professional Services KPIs, including utilisation targets, CSAT and quality benchmarks

  • Champion and enhance Docusign's enterprise delivery framework, contributing to continuous improvement of methodology, tools, templates, and governance standards that elevate delivery maturity

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Docusign's products and integrations, including CLM, eSign, Web Forms, Salesforce, and other partner technologies, to better advise and guide customers throughout delivery

  • Support capability uplift across the delivery team, sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and contributing to internal initiatives that scale our Enterprise Project Management practice



Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • 12+ years of primary project management experience with enterprise projects and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
  • 4+ years of experience with supporting client process optimization and change management
  • Proficiency in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and effectively presenting them to stakeholders for alignment

Preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Background in Software-as-a-Service project management and understanding of business operations and concepts
  • Experience using a CRM solution such as
  • Proven track record of achieving Professional Services financial results while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Experience using Smartsheets for project management
  • Demonstrated strong customer-focus with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving client issues/problems
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Superior communication skills to convey customer objectives, success strategies, and customer insights for internal and external stakeholders


Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

Washington DC: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary

Ohio: $X/hour - $X/hour or $X - $X base salary 

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
