About the Centre

Warragul Leisure Centre boasts 3 indoor pool areas including an 8 lane 25m pool, program pool and attached splash park and warm water pool. Warragul also has an outdoor seasonal 50m pool that is open from November to May each year. 

About the Role

As our fitness instructor, you will be responsible for leading a variety of group fitness classes and coaching a wide range of clients. You must have exceptional communication skills to effectively inform and demonstrate the benefits of participating in our classes. You must also be organised to ensure that our classes run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a casual position, with an hourly rate of $ $63.50 p.h + super, experience dependent.

About You

As our Group Fitness Instructor you will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and fitness. You will possess exceptional communication skills and can effectively motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals. You will have a deep understanding of various training styles and methods, and can cater to the needs of a wide range of clients during our classes.

We're seeking instructors who are qualified to lead a diverse range of classes, including;

• Senior Circuit
• Les Mills (RPM, BodyBalance, BodyPump, CORE)
• Pilates
• Yoga
• Tai Chi.

Our ideal candidate is also highly organised, able to manage their time effectively, and can ensure the smooth running of our classes.

Above all, you will be a team player who can bring your own positive energy and enthusiasm to our team

Essential Qualifications

• Relevant certificate or approved equivalent for the class you will be teaching
• Maintain current Fitness registration
• HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
