About Us

LoyalFace is an Australian-developed loyalty and customer recognition platform designed specifically for cafes and restaurants. Our smart system helps venues recognise returning customers by name, track their usual orders, and reward loyalty — creating stronger, more personal connections between staff and customers.

We're growing fast and are looking for enthusiastic people to help us bring LoyalFace to more coffee shops across Sydney.


About the Role

We're seeking confident, outgoing individuals to visit local coffee shops and demonstrate how LoyalFace works.

You'll be the friendly face introducing café owners to our app and showing them how it can make their service more personal and efficient.

This role is ideal for people with hospitality or sales experience who love coffee culture and enjoy talking to people.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit cafés and small hospitality venues in your area.
  • Deliver short, engaging app demonstrations (2–3 minutes).
  • Explain key benefits and gather basic interest or feedback.
  • Record visits and feedback in our system (training provided).
  • Represent the LoyalFace brand professionally and positively.

About You

We're looking for people who are:

  • Friendly, confident communicators with great people skills.
  • Comfortable approaching café owners and staff.
  • Reliable and organised, with good time management.
  • Tech-savvy enough to confidently use a tablet or smartphone app.
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
