About the Role:

Regroup are seeking experienced crusher operators to be able to operate a fleet of fixed mobile plant crushers on site in Wiluna, WA

As a crusher operator, you will be responsible for operating a fleet of Terex Finaly, Powerscreen and Impact crushers), in addition to some other heavy machinery as required.

The job role:

  • Operate mobile crushing plants, including Terex Finlay, Powerscreen Impact Crushers – operating CR001, SC001 Screener and a SC002 Screener
  • Operate other heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders and water carts where required
  • Load feed material appropriately and monitor crushing operations
  • Adjust settings to optimise production and quality, and identify mechanical issues promptly
  • Maintain strong communication with supervisors and team members, reporting production metrics and any operational problems
  • Support shutdown, emergency protocols, and secure equipment at end-of-shift as required

What do we want to hear from you?

  • 2-3 years heavy plant maintenance experience on heavy machinery on a civil mine site
  • Demonstrated experience operating fixed plant crushers in a mine site or quarry environment
  • Demonstrated competency with feeding equipment including loaders or excavators to help meet production targets effectively
  • Hold nationally accredited tickets in relevant machines
  • Current & valid White Card
  • Current & valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • Hold a National Police Clearance within 12 months
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A
  • A strong commitment to safety and work well in a team environment
