About the position
As the Principal Procure to Pay you will provide leadership in procurement activities which enable our capital and operational works to be delivered to the community.
- Permanent full-time opportunity based at the Charlton Depot and Toowoomba CBD.
- The annual salary range for this position is $123,226.69 to $138,941.51 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

About the team
The Procure to Pay team consists of Contracts, Stores, Purchasing and Accounts Payable. We are committed to delivering our expertise to the organisation and wider community. We value a strong work ethic, pride in our endeavour and the results we achieve through teamwork.
How to be successful:
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Suitably Qualified: You have a Bachelor Degree in Business, Commerce or a related field and/or a combination of experience, expertise and competence, which enables you to perform all duties of the position.
Specialised Experience: You have extensive experience within a Stores/Logistics/Warehousing environment and a strong commercial acumen and/or understanding of contract law is highly desirable.
Influential Leader: You have a demonstrated ability to lead, develop and support a team and contribute to cultural change across the organisation.
Technical Expert: You display strong contract and procurement management capability.
Strong Communicator: You have excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide accurate timely advice in a helpful and supportive manner. Demonstrated problem resolution, conflict management and negotiation skills with a proven ability to develop efficient, effective and innovative work practices to achieve excellent customer service.
Highly Organised: You have excellent organisational skills with the ability to develop and implement strategies that deliver organisational goals and report on acheivement of corporate plan objectives.
