The role will based in Melbourne and offers a hybrid working model with two days in the office and strong work life balance.

The role

  • As a Manager you will lead client engagements, delivering workforce analytics and advisory solutions to a diverse client based
  • This will include managing junior project resources
  • A large part of the role will be centred on Payroll projects and initiatives, focusing on developing and delivering  advanced analytical solutions  including automation, dashboard development, data integration, insights and modelling

Your experience

  • Demonstrated  experience in Workforce Analytics  either in a consulting or client side role
  • Technical skills  Python; additipnal skills in Databricks and/or Pyspark advanteous
  • Previous experience of working within Consulting would be advantageous
