Salary range: $ to $ p.f. (Hp)
Annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity:
To provide flexible mental health assessment and treatment to adults with a mental illness preparing for discharge to the community from the AAMHIU within a supportive multidisciplinary (MDT) team environment.
To provide profession specific services and consultation as required within the team and the Mental Health Service Group.
All employees of the Mental Health Service Group may be required to work in other areas of the Service.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications (Social Work) and proof of registration (if applicable)
Possession of class C drivers' licence.
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
Probation period may apply.
Pre-employment checks will be conducted including criminal history check.
