About the Role

Join our dynamic team at Horizons West Bus and Coachlines as a Bookings Manager We are seeking an enthusiastic leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales administration efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to make a significant impact.

Duties

  • Manage the end-to-end booking process while ensuring high service standards.
  • Oversee the Bookings Team, enhancing efficiency and boosting conversion rates.
  • Foster excellent client relationships and implement retention strategies.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and performance tracking to drive decision-making.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, bookings, or sales administration leadership.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/booking systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
  • Experience in transport, logistics, or education/resources sectors.
  • Familiarity with contract management and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to analyse sales and service performance data for continuous growth.
