About you and the role
The College has ongoing and temporary roles avialable, commencing 2026.
As a Religious Education teacher you strive to plan, prepare and deliver rich and meaningful learning experiences focused on optimising learning outcomes for all students.
Your day will look like:
- using your experience and knowledge to inspire students with a love of learning and a strong sense of Catholic faith
- utilising effective and contemporary teaching and learning that consider the individual learning needs of students
- supporting the Vision for Learning to grow courageous, flexible, engaged and connected learners
- being committed to the holistic growth of students
- working in a team of Religous Education teachers focused on continual improvement and the pursuit of excellence
- effectively coordinating your pastoral care group
- being a role model of the College's values
- actively supporting Catholic identity and the development of faith
- building and maintaining strong relationships based on mutual respect with students, families and peers
For this role, you will need:
- a tertiary teaching qualification and TRBWA registration
- a current Working with Children registration
- to be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education
- to be a practicing Catholic who holds, or is working towards Accreditation to Teach Religious Education in a Catholic School
