About the Company

Paltech is a leader in innovation and manufacture of ducted heating and cooling products, with dependable service to the trade. Part of the Air Diffusion Agencies Group, Paltech is on a significant path of growth, we now have an opportunity for a Counter Sales / Admin person to join our team.

The successful candidate will be friendly and motivated well rounded Sales / Admin person to do invoicing, stock orders, data entry, provide customer service and preform general admin tasks. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, with full training provided.

Your duties would include but not be limited to:

  • Counter Sales
  • Invoicing
  • Stock Ordering
  • Data Entry
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products
  • Processing & follow up on customer orders, quotes, and telephone enquiries
  • Liaising with local customers, internal sales staff, and transport companies
  • Completing paperwork and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
  • Commitment to safe work procedures

Skills required for this job would include:

  • Excellent work ethic
  • Advanced computer proficiency.
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • Excellent communication - both verbal & written
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Reliable and demonstrates a "Can Do" attitude
  • Have excellent punctuality and attendance
  • Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines through strong time management
