Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for clean energy and customer service? Join our dynamic team at Omega Solar + Batteries, where we've been powering homes and businesses across the Gold Coast for over 15 years.

We're seeking an Operations Administrator to support our field technicians, manage inventory and stock orders, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Solar industry experience is highly desirable.

About the Role
  • Location: Mudgeeraba Head Office (Hybrid – remote work available after training)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am start
  • Team: Work closely with the business owner and field techs
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians
  • Manage stock orders, inventory, and supplier communications
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and SMS
  • Maintain OH&S registers and compliance documentation
  • Update internal databases and tech licence records
  • Organise monthly safety meetings and job documentation
  • Support service and installation job flow from start to invoice
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years in operations or administrative support (solar industry preferred)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory systems, and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Knowledge of Gold Coast suburbs and surrounding areas
