Job Description

  • Highly proficient in Pre-Contract & Post Contract Quantity Surveying including Cost Estimates, Commercial Management, Variation & Claims Management, Monitoring Project Budgets
  • Develop cost plans and project capital estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.
  • Prepare cost reports and estimate packages, and regularly present to stakeholders.
  • Provide commercial input to design optioneering and input into value engineering exercises.
  • Delivering quality work and positioning for new opportunities
  • Work proactively with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage juniors in the team

Qualifications

  • With Defence clearance or Australian Citizen as minimum
  • Quantity Surveying, or related, degree

  • 5 years' experience


  • AIQS or RICS member is ideal but not essential.
  • Experience in CostX is preferred.
