Cotton Tree Discount Pharmacy, community-focused pharmacy with over 50 years of serving the Sunshine Coast, is seeking a passionate and motivated Intern Pharmacist to join our friendly team. The ideal start date is January 2026, with a flexible to start date if required.

Located on vibrant King Street, our pharmacy serves a diverse community of loyal locals, regular holidaymakers, and visiting tourists. As a highly regarded independent pharmacy, we value quality service, a personal touch, and lasting relationships with our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in dispensing prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and provide OTC advice.
  • Support daily pharmacy operations, stock management, and documentation.
  • Learn compliance, clinical services, and effective pharmacy workflow.
  • Work closely with your preceptor to prepare for registration.

What We're Looking For
  • Final-year pharmacy student or recent graduate eligible to begin internship in 2026.
  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude and genuine desire to care for the community.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Vaccination accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience with Z Dispense or POS systems (desirable, not essential).
