About Us:

MedHireHub is dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care to our clients. We are currently looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to assist our clients in maintaining their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
  • Assist with community access, shopping, and social outings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families in both Italian/Spanish and English.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided.

Requirements:

  • Experience in aged care, disability support, or community care (preferred).
  • Good to Have-speaking in Italian, Spanish and English.Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive.
