Head Waiter/Waitress – Bosco Wine & Grill (Newstead)

Bosco Wine & Grill is a hatted wood-fire restaurant in Newstead, celebrated for premium produce, expertly grilled dishes, and an extensive wine program. We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience running a section in a busy restaurant environment.
• Sound wine knowledge and the ability to provide confident recommendations and pairings.
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• A commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest.
