We're looking for a hands-on and experienced Freezer Picker to join our team and assist all inbound warehouse operations. Your primary focus will be on stock accuracy, Order fulfilment and ensuring the business meets customer expectations and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Work with warehouse team (receiving, replenishment, and returns, loading)

·  Ensure accurate stock receiving, put-away, cycle counting, and stocktaking

·  Investigate and process returned stock

·  Collaborate with Manager to resolve picking and stock discrepancies

·  Drive stock accuracy and layout optimization across all warehouse zones

·  Operate forklifts and support the team where needed

What You Bring:

·  Proven experience in a similar role

·  Forklift license (LF essential)

·  High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving

·  A team-first attitude—willing help out where needed

·  Excellent communication skills
