Pick Packer / Forklift Driver / Driver

Immediate Start Casual to Permanent

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Pick Packer / Forklift operator / Driver (Occasionally) to join our clients Distribution team based in Strathfield South.

This role will see you delivering foodservice products to Distributors. 

Some heavy lifting involved (upto 15kg). Excellent presentation and communication skills are required.

In order to be successful for this position you will need to demonstrate and meet the following criteria:

MR / HR license – unrestricted

Forklift license

7am-3pm work hours

Primarily freezer picking, freezer suit supplied

Ensure that truck is kept in a clean and tidy manner

Must be physically fit and able to lift upto 15KG

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and good numeracy skills

Well presented with good customer service skills

You will be required to:

· Load / Unload freight

· Sign off on deliveries / Sign off on drop offs

· Carry out all duties within set time frames

· Follow instructions of manager

· Occasionally work in all parts of the warehouse (ambient / chiller / freezer)

You must be

· having full working rights in Australia.

· punctual and reliable

· fit, energetic and able to lift 15kg

Accuracy in checking off stock is very important. Pay is above award wages.
