Our Melbourne branch is seeking a dependable, friendly, and hands-on team member to grow our local presence and support our valued customers.


What You'll Do

In this varied, hands-on role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our VIC branch organised and our customers happy:

  • Manage deliveries, pickups, and dispatches
  • Coordinate warehouse operations, including stock counts and container unloads
  • Assist with sauna assembly, installation support, and maintenance
  • Provide post-sales customer support, handling queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Liaise with internal teams (Sydney HQ, installers, logistics, and service teams)
  • Keep all stock, job, and service records accurate in our systems (CRM, Inventory, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and showroom environment

What You'll Bring
  • Driver's license & forklift ticket – essential
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or trade-based operations
  • Comfortable with basic tools for assembly and maintenance tasks
  • Computer literacy – able to update records, track jobs, and use CRM & Inventory software
  • Excellent communication skills – both with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a "get it done" attitude
  • Highly organised, diligent, and detail-focused

You must be organised, resourceful, and ready to work autonomously while our VIC operations ramp up.
