About the Role

The School Bus Driver safely and reliably transports students to and from school to sports training venues and events, and on various excursions, and activities throughout the school year as required.

About You

You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:

  • A high regard for safety, road rules and regulations
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practice of safe driving at all times
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A current and valid ACT Light Rigid (LR) vehicle licence to drive a manual bus with 24 seats
  • The ability to work collaboratively with other members of staff
  • A current First-Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

All team members at CGS are required to have:

  • Appropriate qualifications
  • A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
  • A current National Police Check; and
  • Full working rights within Australia.
