This is a Term Time role. Monday to Friday 8AM - 4PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case manage at-risk youth, including assessment, planning, and ongoing review of student wellbeing.
- Triage wellbeing concerns referred by staff.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support student wellbeing.
- Lead the implementation of Student Wellbeing Programs.
- Work with students to develop practical strategies for improving wellbeing.
- Refer students to external agencies as needed.
- Notify School Psychologists of any Child Protection concerns.
- Develop and implement community engagement and work readiness programs.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Extensive understanding of issues facing at-risk youth.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with at-risk young people.
- Knowledge of youth services and community agencies on the Gold Coast.
- Understanding of Trauma-Informed Care principles.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- No adverse findings from criminal history checks.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications (Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred).
- Current Paid Working with Children Blue Card.
- Current Qld Driver's License.
