Your Role

• Conduct daily site inspections, evidence and release hold/witness points

• Liaise with contractors regarding scheduled civil construction projects

• Ensure compliance with specifications, standards and contract requirements

• Support Project Managers with forecasting, compliance and progress reporting

• Monitor and report on contractor performance against project milestones

• Undertake variation assessments and provide technical direction on site

• Assist with claim validation and safety inspections on culverts, drainage and more

What you Bring

• A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role with project delivery oversight ideally within the local government environment

• Solid understanding of WHS, legislative standards and road survey safety

• Confidence interpreting construction drawings and technical specs

• Valid C Class Driver's Licence, White Card, First Aid/CPR

• Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills

• Physically fit to inspect remote assets and terrain

• Willingness to travel and work regionally (FIFO or DIDO on either a 5/2 roster or 10/4 roster, depending on project requirements)

• Bonus: Certificate IV Civil Construction Supervision
