What You'll Do:

As a Qualified Mechanical Plumber or a third or fourth year apprentice, at HPACS, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects—everything from residential installations to small commercial projects, and service and maintenance of air conditioning systems for homes and businesses. We pride ourselves on offering diverse and challenging work that allows you to sharpen your skills and explore new technologies.

  • Installing and maintaining mechanical HVAC systems, ducted refrigerated systems, split systems, Cassettes, VRV.
  • Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications.
  • Working collaboratively with clients, onsite teams, contractors, and supervisors to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality.
  • Following all OH&S protocols and maintaining a safe worksite.

What we're looking for

  • Qualified Mechanical Plumber with VBA registration (cert 3 or above).
  • 3rd or 4th year Apprentice.
  • Relevant industry experience in residential and commercial projects.
  • Ability to read plans and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-player attitude.
  • Clear, courteous communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Construction Induction (White Card) and a current driver's licence (manual preferred).
  • Simpro experience preferred, not essential.
  • A respectful, team-oriented attitude and a strong sense of accountability
  • Manual Vehicle licence
