This role offers the opportunity to apply your accounting expertise across a range of operational and reporting functions. You'll be responsible for both transactional data entry, accuracy and contributing to broader financial processes that support business performance.

• Processing invoices and managing accounts payable
• Raising invoices and project administration
• Supporting month-end processes, including preparing journal entries
• Supporting the reconciliation of balance sheet items, with attention to ensuring workpapers are completed accurately and effectively.
• Assisting with forecasting and budgeting
• Using Excel confidently, whether it's formulas, pivots or learning quickly on the go
• Contributing to system and process improvements with a proactive mindset
• Ensuring system or process improvements are implemented and adopted

We're seeking a degree qualified accountant with a solid foundation in accounting principles and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. You'll be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings both technical capability and a positive attitude to the team.

• Degree-qualified in accounting or a related discipline
• Experience in accounts payable, data entry and month-end processes
• Strong Excel skills — confident with formulas, pivots and problem-solving
• Familiarity with MYOB Acumatica, Advanced, or other ERP systems
• Highly organised and efficient with time
• Friendly, approachable and a great team player
• A mindset focused on improving systems and processes
