Are you a marketing or communications student looking for real-world experience with a fast-growing creative agency? Join MNO Ventures, a leading marketing and digital group working with some of Australia's most exciting and socially impactful brands — including Maple Community Services, Achora, Sites, and The Behaviour Support People (BSP).

This paid internship (8 hours per week) is perfect for university students who want to build hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media, campaign management, and creative strategy — while earning and gaining credit relevant to their degree.

You'll work alongside experienced professionals supporting national marketing campaigns across sectors such as health, disability, sport, and finance. A strong focus will be placed on content creation — from helping develop engaging social media posts and videos to assisting with website copy, blog articles, and digital storytelling that connect with audiences across platforms.

This opportunity will give you exposure to real projects, professional mentoring, and tangible outcomes that will help launch your career in marketing.

We're looking for someone:

  • Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Based in or accessible to Blacktown or Western Sydney, with in-person collaboration
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Passionate about content creation, social media, and creative storytelling

This internship is designed to provide both professional experience and academic benefit, offering credit eligibility (where applicable) alongside meaningful, paid work that builds your creative portfolio and the opportunity for a postion post completion.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $28.00 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
