The Role

We are seeking motivated Trades Assistants/Labourers to join our team for a large scale renewable energy project.

We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and Australian Citizens.

Please note, this is not a FIFO job, and employees must be residing locally and commuting to the site, or we can provide camp accommodation.

Location - The site is located 30 minutes from Merriwa (NSW) and about 1 hour from Mudgee (NSW)

Start Date - December 2025

To be considered for these positions, you must have:

  • White Card

  • Contactable references

  • Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident or a valid work visa

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test

  • Ability to work long hours in demanding conditions

  • Construction experience
