Behaviour Therapist

About the role

Kids Therapy Clinics Pty Ltd, a leading provider of paediatric therapy services, is seeking a full-time Behaviour Therapist to join our dynamic team in Casula, NSW. As a Behaviour Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping children and families achieve their therapeutic goals through the delivery of evidence-based behaviour intervention strategies.

What you'll be doing

• Implement evidence-based behaviour therapy programs under supervision
• Conduct structured sessions focused on communication, social, emotional, and adaptive skills
• Collect and analyse data to track progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other allied health professionals
• Contribute to goal setting, progress reports, and NDIS documentation

What we're looking for

• A university degree in Psychology, ABA, or a related field
• Relevant experience in providing behaviour therapy or behaviour intervention services to children and adolescents
• Strong understanding of applied behaviour analysis principles and evidence-based behaviour modification techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
• Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and their families
