About the role

Kids Therapy Clinics Australia is seeking an experienced Behaviour Therapist to join our team in Casula, NSW. As a full-time Behaviour Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based behavioural intervention and support to children and adolescents with a range of developmental, learning and behavioural needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop individualised behaviour intervention plans
  2. Implementing intensive, one-on-one behaviour therapy sessions
  3. Collaborating with families, teachers and other allied health professionals to deliver a coordinated and holistic approach
  4. Providing parent/caregiver training and support to promote skill generalisation
  5. Documenting client progress and maintaining detailed clinical notes
  6. Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. Tertiary qualification in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology or a related allied health field.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Behaviour Therapist or Behaviour Analyst
  3. Demonstrated expertise in applying behaviour analysis principles and techniques
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and families
  5. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  6. Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
