Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mobile phone issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, and other hardware repairs.
  • Conduct software troubleshooting and updates for mobile devices.
  • Manage inventory levels of repair parts and tools, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about the latest mobile technology and repair techniques to improve skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a mobile phone repair technician or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of mobile phone technology and repair processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide clear explanations.
  • Familiarity with various mobile phone brands and models.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
