What You'll Do:
- Be the Go-To P&C Expert: Advise leaders and team members on policies and best practices to keep employee relations running smoothly.
- Drive Culture & Compliance: Champion P&C policies and ensure all activities align with legislation and our amazing K&B and IHG culture.
- Develop Talent & Leadership: Build and maintain a talent identification program, ensuring succession planning and leadership development throughout the store network.
- Reward & Retain: Assist with creating fair and competitive remuneration and benefits programs that keep our team members happy and motivated.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with leadership to identify training needs, support recruitment, and bring your strategic and creative problem-solving to the table.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years' experience in a P&C partnering role with a proven track record of success.
- Expert knowledge in talent management, employee relations, L&D, and performance management.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and lead by example.
- A strategic, yet down-to-earth approach that focuses on pragmatic, real-world solutions.
- A flexible attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
