We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth, building on well-established relationships and focusing on expansion of our service offering to new and existing clients.

Job Overview:

As the Business Development Manager for our wind energy division, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your role will be pivotal in positioning RIGCOM as a leader in the industry and expanding our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on new business opportunities within the energy services sector.
  • Client Acquisition: Generate leads, build relationships, and acquire new clients. Present our services and solutions effectively to potential clients.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors. Provide insights and recommendations to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met and deliver excellent service.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales progress, and market trends. Provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the energy services sector or related industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of rope access techniques, safety standards, and market dynamics. Experience in blade repair techniques and detailed knowledge of the applications and methods of repair is considered an advantage.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
