This well-established, Allied Health provider is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join their esteemed Return-to-Work team. With a focus on assisting your clients to re-gain their purpose and identity, you will facilitate their return to meaningful workplace occupations. In their Sutherland Shire office, you will find a warm, social and supportive team of multi-disciplinary Allied Health professionals.

The role:

  • Return to work case management for injured parties
  • Management of psychological claims
  • A range of assessments including Vocational Assessments
  • Develop individual rehabilitation plans
  • Liaison with all treating parties
  • High level reporting
  • Case management of your clients

You:

  • You will be a tertiary qualified Psychologist (full registration or provisional) or Rehabilitation Counselling (Membership with ASORC)
  • Experience working within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and good problem-solving ability.
  • The ability to engage and establish rapport with people from all walks of life.
  • Good written and administration skills
  • Ability to work well with others and autonomously.
