What You'll Do

• Take charge of showing properties, liaising with prospective tenants, and guiding them through application and leasing processes.
• Coordinate lease signings, keep clear tenant communications.
• Collaborate with our residential department to promote available listings across digital platforms and in person viewings.
• Bring positive energy to every client interaction.

Who You Are

• You're naturally confident and personable, comfortable talking to a wide range of clients.
• You take initiative, manage your time effectively, and follow tasks through to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills come easily to you.
• Previous experience in real estate, property administration, or customer service is a bonus, but enthusiasm and eagerness to learn matter most.
• You have a reliable vehicle and current driver's licence.
