Room Leader Position

We are searching for an experienced Room Leader to join our team. This Full-Time role will begin in 2026 and will provide you with the opportunity to support children in their development, interests, and well-being through our monthly educational program, in-services, and excursions. You will be working alongside a variety of educators who have a range of many years of experience and are confident in our policies, procedures, and philosophy. This position will be supported with mentoring and further development and support in leadership skills.

We believe in incorporating natural elements into our play-based learning programs, focusing on child led interests, creating inviting learning spaces, and building strong and meaningful relationships with our families and children, fostering connections with team members through team building, collaborative partnerships and learning.

Skills and experience

  • Experience in Early Childhood, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a Room Leader role.
  • Working with Children Check (NSW)
  • The successful applicant must hold a current qualification in Early Childhood, a minimum of a Diploma or a Bachelor of Education (Birth - 5 years)
  • Passion and genuine care for working with children
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Strong time management skills
