The Role

We are seeking qualified and experienced Boilermakers to support site-based projects. This is a hands-on role suited to tradespeople who take pride in their workmanship, work safely, and enjoy variety in their day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welding, fabrication, and assembly of steel components.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Performing structural, heavy fabrication, and repair works.
  • Assisting with site installs, shutdowns, and maintenance.
  • Following WHS procedures and contributing to a safe work environment.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver quality outcomes on time.

About You

  • Trade-qualified Boilermaker with relevant certificates.
  • Strong welding and fabrication skills (MIG & Stick desirable).
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately.
  • Experience in structural/heavy fabrication and repair work.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • High-risk licences highly regarded.
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with flexibility to work in both workshop and site environments.
