Working at our beautiful Harbour Town outlet store, we are looking for someone who has a passion for shoes (who doesn't), gets a buzz from leading and developing a team, and enjoys providing exceptional customer shopping experiences. As a result of this, you'll achieve great sales and be rewarded with our incentive schemes whilst seeing your team truly enjoy coming to work. We have a very supportive environment to help you achieve your goals.

You will have the skills to deliver the following:


• Drive success in your team through ongoing training, mentoring together with providing ongoing feedback whilst working closely with your Regional Manager to build a highly effective team


• Create an empowering team environment to deliver outstanding results


• Provide an exceptional customer experience and build a loyal customer network


• Initiate and implement strategies to achieve KPI's and maintain a profitable business


• Provide a supportive and engaging environment for the team

What we ask you to bring to the role:


• Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a team (minimum 3 years)


• Proven ability to engage and motivate your team to achieve KPIs


• A passion for retail and providing superior customer experiences


• Exceptional communication and organisational skills


• An abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to build great team dynamics


• Experience in recruitment and developing your team


• Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster
