About the Role

This position offers comprehensive training and is perfect for someone looking to develop expertise in the maintenance, installation, and support of advanced dental manufacturing equipment. You'll be the technical backbone, ensuring our customers get the most out of their sophisticated machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Office Technical Support

• Milling Service Production: Operate and maintain our in-house dentalmilling equipment to produce high-quality restorations, ensuring optimalmachine performance.
• Remote Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective remote technical support and troubleshooting for customers regarding their milling machines, 3D printers, and scanners.
• Manufacturer Liaison: Act as a key communicator between our customers and our international manufacturing partners (e.g., industry-leading CAD/CAM and 3D printing companies) to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Documentation Reporting: Accurately record and manage a history of all service activities, technical issues, and resolutions in our service management system.

Field Service Customer Engagement

• Product Installation: Travel to customer sites to perform professional installation and setup of new dental equipment (milling machines, 3D printers, and scanners).
• User Training: Conduct comprehensive, hands-on user training for customers and their staff, ensuring they can operate and maintain their new equipment effectively.
• Product Service Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, unscheduled repairs, and advanced troubleshooting for all installed equipment.
• Event Support: Assist with the setup, technical operation, and demonstration of equipment at company workshops, trade shows, and customer events.

What We're Looking For

Background Technical Skills

• Education/Background: A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as:

• Dental Technology or equivalent experience

• Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Technical Aptitude: A strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a genuine interest in precision machinery.

Communication Practical Skills

• Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly deliver technical concepts to diverse users.
• Organization: Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate record-keeping.
