We're looking for support in our Finance team with a short-term Accounts Receivable Officer role to cover annual leave.

Duration: September to 7 October

Hours: Full-time or close to full-time Monday to Friday (flexible for the  right person)

Location: Head Office in Margaret St - easy access to public transport

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the inbox and handling enquiries
  • Receipting and allocating client payments
  • Chasing overdue payments via phone and email
  • Generating invoices

What we're looking for:

  • Administration or customer service experience  (Accounts Receivable experience is a bonus – but isn't essential)
  • Confident in using software to quickly learn systems (We use Xero and CRM)
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reliable and available for the full assignment
