About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front - inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service, drive results and bring the fun every day. You'll own the performance of the store and play a key part in the brand's continued growth.

You will:

  • Lead, motivate and develop a passionate team
  • Drive sales results and ensure strong KPI performance
  • Deliver an exceptional customer journey at every touchpoint
  • Champion visual merchandising and brand storytelling in-store
  • Maintain operational excellence including stock, rostering & payroll
  • Recruit, train and build a high-performance culture
  • Create a fun, inclusive and empowering environment for your team and customers
Who We're Looking For
  • A proven Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager from beauty, skincare, fragrance or personal care retail
  • A confident leader with strong coaching skills and a hands-on approach
  • Results-driven with experience achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Passionate about self-care, wellness and fun customer experiences
  • A natural people-person with excellent communication and energy
