This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, vibrant, food retail business based in Melbourne.

You will play a key role in supporting the company's day-to-day store operations, including sales, procurement, logistics, and team management in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong retail foundation who thrives in a small, supportive team and is passionate about driving operational excellence.

What Your Next Role Looks Like

In this role, you will:

  • Join an innovative, fast-paced company with a strong reputation for quality and customer service
  • Lead a dynamic team of part-time and casual staff
  • Manage daily store operations, including sales, procurement, logistics, and staffing
  • Collaborate closely with head office to shape operational strategy and improve processes
  • Make a tangible impact on store performance and team development

What You'll Bring to the Role

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has at least 5 years of management experience in retail, food, or distribution
  • Possesses business-level Japanese or Mandarin language skills, alongside business-level English proficiency
  • Has excellent communication skills and leadership skills
  • Is eligible to work in Australia (Permanent Resident, Australian Citizen, etc.)

Working Hours

Permanent Full-time (5 days/week), 38 hours per week

Salary

Competitive and above market standards (negotiable based on experience)
