Job Title: New Vehicle Concierge

Location: Wetherill Park

We are on the lookout for a New Vehicle Concierge to join the Fleet team. The role will be responsible for delivering an exceptional delivery experience to our valued fleet customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Delivery Duties:

  • Safely deliver new vehicles to customers in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions.

  • Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with office tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence.

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with customer inquiries.

  • Maintain organised records and documentation.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient coordination of delivery operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
