At PACS, we're proud to deliver the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing Program – helping veterans and their families stay independent, safe, and supported at home.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provide personal care, companionship, and support that truly makes a difference.
  • Assist veterans to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life at home.
  • Support with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and light domestic assistance.
  • Offer encouragement, emotional support, and social connection.
  • Work alongside a supportive nursing and care team, with guidance provided.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or Home & Community) or equivalent experience.
  • A caring nature and genuine passion for working with veterans.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Current CPR, First Aid and Police Check.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transport.
