About The Position

We have an opportunity for a project manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing automation and electrical projects from inception to completion.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and clients, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in project management methodologies will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, execution phases.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (desirable).
  • Experience in managing control system, electrical and/or communications projects.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the mining industry.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
