About the role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Gym Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee the daily operations of our fitness facility. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational excellence with a strong focus on member experience, staff development, and community engagement.

  • Social media experience to engage the community and promote the brand.
  • Customer service excellence to ensure member satisfaction and retention.

  • Problem-solving ability to address member concerns and operational issues.
  • Experience with gym management software and systems.
  • Compliance awareness with health and safety regulations.
  • Marketing and promotional skills to attract new members and grow our brand.
