This role will be based at our Belmont Sales Hub and the position will suit a motivated individual with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication, integrity, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. The position is required to deliver high customer service standards and to achieve high level sales within the Trade Scope of 'Whole of House Offer'.

What will you be doing?

  • Handle routine and customer queries and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Gaining an understanding of the current market trends, stock availability/stock holding and pricing in a fast-changing environment is imperative to success.
  • Being transparent with clients/customers around realistic expectations and timing is a part of this, integrity with how we run our business is key.
  • Efficiently and with courtesy follow up all customers, TAM leads, quoting, sourcing of stock and ordering.

  • Experience / working knowledge of SYMPAC or similar system is highly desirable

  • Develop strong relationships with the supplier and customer networks and provide timely support and service to customers in order to maximize the network potential and product offering

  • Being process driven with strong problem-solving capability are core competencies in the role
  • Liaising with other departments/sites across Fagg's Group
  • Working as part of team to deliver great sales outcomes

This can be either full time or part time in nature and between the trading hours of Monday - Saturday in the role and the successful candidate will be offered a permanent ongoing position with the opportunity to build a rewarding career. Hours are generally reflective to our Trade customer needs and flexibility is important to us.
