About our Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated team in Rowville. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, the role will have you deliver an exceptional service experience to our customers by managing phone and online enquiries, supporting our Sales Representatives by scheduling sales appointments, and engaging in other administrative tasks.


About You

As a minimum, you will need to have prior customer service experience, good people and relationship skills, be unaffected when resolving problems that arise, and be willing to contribute to a positive work environment. These are essential to success in this role.

You will also have:

  • appropriate communication skills, both written and verbal
  • confidence in utilising the Microsoft Office suite
  • ability to follow instructions and positively welcome feedback
  • ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • enthusiasm to work in a rapidly changing & challenging manufacturing environment
