We specialise in the supply and installation of premium glass products and bespoke solutions that elevate residential and commercial spaces – with a core focus on Shower Screens, Balustrades, and Pool Fences. Based in Mount Kuring-Gai, we proudly service the North Shore, Northern Beaches, and Central Coast, with plans to expand our reach as the business grows.

As a Balustrade & Pool Fence Installation Specialist at First Class Glass, you'll be trusted to deliver precision craftsmanship and first-class service from factory to site.

*Earn 1 extra paid day off annually for every year of continuous service, taken as a monthly RDO. Plus, enjoy bonus days at 5 and 10 years. Capped at 12 extra days total (upon reaching 10 years' service), all taken as monthly RDOs.

What You'll Do

  • High quality glass-based installations and repairs across residential and commercial projects
  • Site measuring
  • Deliver exceptional client and customer service
  • Execute work with accuracy, efficiency, and high finish quality
  • Upsell value-added products
  • Help refine tools, workflows, and install methods

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience installing glass Balustrades & Pool Fences, or a related trade with transferable skills
  • Australian Driver's License
  • Great attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship
  • Confidence, warmth, and professionalism in dealing directly with clients and customers
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Commitment to safety and service excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,913.00 – $85,000.00 per year
