Are you an experienced aircraft mechanic ready to get off the tools and share your expertise?

We are looking for a
dynamic and knowledgeable Aircraft Mechanic Trainer
to work with clients across the APAC region. This is a unique opportunity to transition from hands-on maintenance to a client-facing role, teaching others how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot their light aircraft engines while playing a key part in building and growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on and technical training programs to clients across the APAC region.
  • Share your expertise in engine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and support regional growth initiatives.
  • Develop and update training materials to reflect the latest technical standards.
  • Provide feedback on training effectiveness and client engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • Experience mentoring, teaching, or training others is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the APAC region.
  • Passion for aviation and commitment to helping others succeed.
