Change & Release Analyst

During an exciting period of transformation, we have a unique opportunity for a Change and Release Analyst to join our Global Express IT team to support our journey on Permanent Full-Time basis. As a Change and Release Analyst you will assist in the successful communication, delivery and embedding of change across our business. This involves executing change management activities and deliverables across several projects. Some of the specific responsibilities include:

- Establish release process and lifecycle
- Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists
- Prepare and maintain documentation for change requests, build and release as per risk and audit requirements
- Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
- Plan, oversee and document the transfer of key information necessary for the support, operation and acceptance of solutions deployed into production
- Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews
- Stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
- Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
- Flexibility towards work and role

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Possess:

- 5+ Relevant ITIL Process framework qualification
- SAFe Certification preferred (or alternative)
- Formal Scrum or Agile Certification for Example Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or similar
- Significant and relevant experience in Release or Deployment Management, Agile Deployment Management and ITIL
- Have hands-on experience with Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence
- Awareness of Business Relationship Management is advantageous
